Shipping & Delivery

Shipping price varies based on the items you order and shipping method. To find out how much shipping is, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You won't need to enter your billing info or place your order to find out the shipping cost. Just enter your shipping address and go to the second step of checkout- Shipping Method- to see the different shipping options and prices. You'll see the shipping cost under each shipping option and the total cost- items + shipping- on the right side of the screen under "Total Cost".

Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price.

Note, custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more info.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period.

Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you're returning.You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

Updating Account Information
Login to your account. The first tab in your profile is "Account Dashboard". Select the appropriate tab for what you want to change and click. Once you've made the necessary updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save".
